Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support for personal hygiene and daily routines
• Engage residents in companionship and assist with meals
• Maintain detailed electronic records of care provided
• Communicate updates about residents' health to clinical teams
• Build effective, trusting relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certification from a recognized institution
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check preferred
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
