• Energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbing Apprentice to perform onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.
• Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
• A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards.
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
• Accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Safety conscious and willing to learn.

• Complete general and specific plumbing inspections.
• Promote Right Time products and services on every call.
• Never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Accountable and responsible personality, focused on delivering the best customer experience with a positive, driven attitude.
• Work efficiently and effectively independently and co‑operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide a five‑star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer's home.
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
