It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full‑time and part‑time roles to conduct a successful multi‑million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

Onsite address is 6579 Fernbank Rd Ottawa, ON. The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auction in yards and helping customers during and after auctions.

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Help set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Support customers in loading their equipment purchases and answer questions related to the yard.
• Actively support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to operate a large 36,000‑lb forklift is an asset.
• Good spoken and written English required.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Track record of working safely, and helping others work safely.
• Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
• Team player, also capable of self‑starting and independent work.
• Organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail.
