We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-intensive environment and be able to perform a variety of physical tasks safely and efficiently. Job responsibilites
Perform skilled labour tasks such as operating tools, equipment, and machinery as required.
Assist tradespeople and team members with daily operations.
Load, unload, and move materials in a safe and organized manner.
Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
Read and follow work instructions, plans, or diagrams as needed.
Perform basic repairs, measurements, and material preparation.
Communicate effectively with supervisors to report progress, issues, or safety concerns.
Support additional job-site duties as assigned.
Job requirements
Previous experience in skilled labour, construction, or a related field preferred.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs
, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required or preferred—adjust as needed).
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
