What to Expect

Whether you’re experienced in equipment operation or prefer hands‑on snow removal
, we’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal Team
.

You’ll be working when snow is in the forecast
, often during early mornings or overnight shifts. The job can be demanding — long hours, cold weather, and changing conditions — but you’ll be part of a committed, supportive team that takes pride in keeping our communities safe and accessible all winter long.

• $20–$30 per hour
  , depending on experience, position, and reliability

• Guaranteed pay available to help offset weather fluctuations*

• Start Date: ASAP

• Snow Removal Labourers (hand crews, sidewalks, and de‑icing)

• Equipment Operators (loaders, tractors, skid steers, and plow trucks)

• Valid G2 driver’s license (minimum requirement)

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site (not accessible by public transit)

• Open availability for on‑call work — snow often falls overnight!

• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs or more

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Team‑oriented
  , motivated, and dependable

• Mobile phone required for communication

• Prior snow removal or equipment operation experience is an asset

• Work with a team that values safety, reliability, and hard work
