JOB SUMMARY
You assist the supervisor or designate in performing advanced level administrative functions and support, as assigned, and providing friendly, helpful and courteous service to clients or the public while providing appropriate information. You may also assist the supervisor or designate in handling financial transactions as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Post-secondary Student - completion of first-year college or university in a business or related field
Minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years of related experience is required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Various language requirements, locations may require English only, French only OR Bilingual competencies. Some positions require English oral, reading, and writing. Some positions required French oral, reading and writing.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (Level
3) with the Police Services detachment in their jurisdiction to the City of Ottawa’s satisfaction.;
Note:
Under the age of 18, requires a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters (Level
2) check in place of the Vulnerable Sector Check (Level
3).;
Police record checks completed by a third-party company will not be accepted.
