Join Working Alternatives, Inc. as a Behavioral Case Manager and help residents thrive in their programs! This full-time role offers the chance to directly impact individuals’ lives.
You will provide case management by coordinating reentry programs and supporting residents in adjusting to their treatment plans. Your strong planning, monitoring, and communication skills are essential in this role. A keen attention to detail will enable you to maintain accurate resident files while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate orientation and intake for residents
• Develop tailored plans for resident activities
• Monitor attendance and participation in treatment
• Write detailed case notes and progress reports
• Attend staff meetings and contribute insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least one year of case management experience
• Valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to pass a federal background check
