This role requires individuals with a proven ability to perform critical duties such as toileting, feeding, lifting, and providing mobility assistance. Applicants must hold a minimum two-year community college diploma in social services or a related field. Candidates with specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behaviour Management Systems, and other relevant areas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with toileting and diapering needs of students

• Provide feeding assistance and support

• Lift, transfer, and position students as needed

• Facilitate assistance with mobility and daily activities

• Utilize technology for adaptive and assistive needs

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in social services or equivalent experience

• Training in autism and behaviour management desirable

• Familiarity with WHMIS and lifting techniques

• Experience with assistive technology beneficial

• Current vulnerable sector screening
