In this pivotal full-time position, you'll coordinate with the Community & Player Marketing Manager, ensuring logistical aspects of events run seamlessly. You will help in managing relationships with community partners, scheduling athlete appearances, and gathering program feedback.
Your role will help athletes become integral community leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate youth clinics and community events efficiently
• Maintain participant databases and manage communications
• Track event participation and gather participant feedback
• Assist in documenting community impact for social media
• Support logistics for player appearances at events
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in coordination or event support
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Experience with volunteers in community settings
• Proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
• Bilingual in English and French is advantageous
