Position: Deployment Officer for Global Initiatives
Drive international deployment efforts as a skilled Deployment Officer. This engaging role emphasizes logistics and stakeholder coordination, requiring fluency in English and French.
You will be pivotal in managing expert deployments, facilitating the contracting process, and ensuring that program requirements are met across international contexts. Your responsibilities include coordinating travel, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and preparing reports for funding organizations to showcase program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and liaise with deployed consultants

• Assist with contracting and travel arrangements

• Collect documentation and manage financial reporting

• Support program outreach and social media initiatives

• Monitor program requirements and progress
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in NGO or related sectors

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent

• Fluent in both English and French

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Flexibility in handling a dynamic work environment
