Reporting to the BTG Program Supervisor, you will forge relationships with students and families, implement student success initiatives, and coordinate culturally relevant activities. Your primary goal will be to help participants navigate challenges while engaging with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute BTG programming and activities
• Develop personalized Student Success Plans
• Deliver safe, engaging activities for youth
• Coordinate access to cultural resources like Elders
• Monitor case load of clients effectively
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Two years of experience working with youth
• Familiarity with Inuit and Aboriginal communities
• Case management skills highly valued
• Ability to communicate in Inuktitut is a plus
Influence positive change in students’ lives through comprehensive support and engagement within their community.
