As the CSS Coordinator reporting to the Program Manager, you will develop and oversee the CSS program while supervising staff. You'll provide essential support in crisis management, ensuring effective service delivery aligned with IRCC's guidelines. Your expertise in cross-cultural communications will help bridge gaps, enhancing client experiences and addressing their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate program activities for GARs
• Train and supervise CSS staff and volunteers
• Coach caseworkers during client crises
• Build partnerships with community service providers
• Collect and analyze program data for reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services
• Strong cross-cultural competence and organizational skills
• Experience in client management for high-need populations
• Fluency in English;
French is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
