Hybrid Military Family Services Expert

Support military families as a Hybrid Military Family Services Expert at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). This temporary role focuses on program implementation and family service enhancement.

As a key member under the Policy Development and Research Manager, you will coordinate programs that mitigate challenges military families face, such as relocations and deployments. You will help streamline funding processes and clarify application expectations, ensuring effective service delivery that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of military family support programs

• Monitor key projects and provide detailed reports

• Assist and guide fund recipients with program processes

• Verify compliance in reporting from various programs

• Foster collaborations within CFMWS for better family support

Requirements:

• Education in Social Science or a related field

• Experience in family support and program management

• Proficient in developing community initiatives

• Bilingual skills required (reading and writing)

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
