Position: Onsite Support Worker for Client Care
Join a dedicated team as an Onsite Support Worker, focusing on crisis intervention and client support in an overnight format.

Your role will involve working with clients facing mental health and substance challenges.

This permanent full-time position exists within a 24/7 program, where you will be pivotal in providing supportive counseling and facilitating group activities. You’ll assist clients in developing essential life skills while providing a safe environment. The role includes flexible shift coverage and requires a strong approach to community building and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish supportive relationships through group intervention

• Facilitate meaningful activities and support wellness

• Assist clients with everyday life skills and crisis management

• Foster community connections and resource referrals

• Maintain accurate documentation in client files

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or similar

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Experience in residential or supportive housing preferred

• Understanding of mental health legislation and treatment models

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
