Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments with client consent

• Provide brief, trauma-informed therapy interventions

• Offer crisis intervention and support services

• Facilitate therapeutic groups for substance use disorders

• Coordinate care with external partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW)

• Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers

• Minimum three years of clinical experience

• Expertise in harm reduction and trauma-informed care

• Robust assessment and communication skills
