Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Full‑time, Permanent, 40 hour per week. Requires morning and evening shift rotations, every other weekend, occasional Night Awake shifts. Salary range $24.20 - $26.82 an hour.

Direct Support Professionals work with individuals who experience developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. They assist with daily life, support skill development, and promote independence and community participation.

• Behavior intervention experience required.
• Preferred: 3–6 months of work experience;
  Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or related post‑secondary education.
