Key Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with hard-to-serve clients

• Respond to challenging situations to provide appropriate referrals

• Identify clients for recovery-oriented programs

• Assist clients in attending referral appointments

• Report daily statistics including client encounters and referrals

Requirements:

• Personal experience with drug use or homelessness

• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use

• Strong interpersonal skills with a non-judgemental approach

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team

• Criminal Records Check required
