Position: Navigator Role for Military Families
Location: Petawawa

Join the Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre as a Navigator dedicated to military families. Lead vital support initiatives within the Garrison Petawawa community.

As a Military Family Navigator, you will work closely with the Military Family Community Advisor to establish connections for military and veteran families.

Your role requires building relationships with both military and civilian resources while managing cases and providing essential support to families facing the unique challenges of military lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish effective support pathways for families

• Engage with community resources and organizations

• Provide coaching and case management support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

• Advocate for the needs of military families

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Services

• Relevant experience in community service delivery

• Understanding of CAF community and family needs

• Ability to obtain required security clearances

• Valid driver’s license for job-related travel
