Bilingual Case Manager at YMCA

Lead employment consulting initiatives with YMCA of the National Capital Region as a Bilingual Case Manager. Support diverse clients in achieving employment goals through direct consultation and advocacy.

This full-time contract role focuses on Ontario Works clients and individuals facing employment barriers. You will conduct needs assessments, develop action plans, and provide life skills workshops to prepare clients for job placements. Partner with employers and community members to facilitate employment opportunities and monitor client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments

• Develop and maintain action plans for job seekers

• Prepare clients through various workshops for employment

• Advocate for clients with community employers

• Provide ongoing support for job retention

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Fluent in English and French, both oral and written

• Experience in employment counseling and case management

• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite

• Valid permit to work in Canada
