Position: Regional Representative for PSAC
Elevate your career with the Public Service Alliance of Canada as a Regional Representative, located in Ottawa. This role focuses on delivering impactful union programs and fostering solidarity within the community.

As a part of the regional team, you will leverage your experience in labor movements to support membership growth and education. Collaboration and effective communication in both English and French are crucial for this full-time, temporary position lasting 12 months. Your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver union programs that enhance member engagement

• Interpret and apply employment legislation confidently

• Motivate and organize community initiatives

• Create training materials for union education

• Conduct courses based on popular education practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in labor and social justice contexts

• Strong knowledge of PSAC’s operations

• Bilingual proficiency required

• Computer technology literacy

• Capacity to lead in challenging circumstances
