Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers

• Support delivery audits and customer influence initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management

• Three years’ experience in hospitality or customer service

• Bilingual in French and English required

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to travel 60% of the time
