You will be responsible for delivering direct instruction to participants, generating treatment plans, and facilitating effective group activities. The role often requires being an advocate for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, assessing their progress, and providing valuable training to caregivers. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in fostering inclusion and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct social skills instruction using evidence-based practices
• Analyze participant data to adjust treatment plans
• Lead activities within the social skills group setting
• Generate accurate session notes and billing records
• Foster communication between families and the organization
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience with children with ASD
• Strong knowledge of behavioral methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to commit to at least 6 months of service
