Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement life skills programs
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Assist in addressing mental health issues
• Ensure the space is clean and welcoming
• Work closely with the team to foster resident relationships
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check
• Interest in anti-oppressive social practices
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Ability to adapt to varying shift requirements
