Join CHEO as a Program Associate, serving as a resource in improving practices for severe obesity among children and youth. This role requires strong evaluation and relationship skills.
The Program Associate will support Centre stakeholders in developing and implementing evidence-informed practices. Candidates must have a Master's degree, two years of experience with children, and skills in evaluation methods. Enthusiasm for building capacity and facilitating workshops is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support on implementing evidence-informed programs
• Conduct environmental scans on current obesity evidence
• Coach agencies to integrate evidence into practices
• Participate in webinars and community training sessions
• Develop resources and tools for program evaluation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• At least two years of experience with youth
• Proven program evaluation experience
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in French and English
