Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with team members to assess participant goals

• Match participants to appropriate employers based on skills

• Conduct employer workshops and training programs

• Develop and implement targeted employer engagement strategies

• Provide ongoing support to job seekers post-placement

Requirements:

• Post-secondary qualifications in Employment Services or Social Work

• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus

• Proven experience in job development and counselling

• Competency in Microsoft Office and data management

• Valid work permit and police record check required
