The Salvation Army in Canada seeks an Outreach & Housing Services Coordinator to support clients moving from street to permanent housing using a Housing First approach. You will manage case loads, assess needs, coordinate resources, and work with community partners and landlords to secure housing.
This role requires completed college credential in social work or equivalent, strong interpersonal and motivational interviewing skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
