Part Time Recreation Service Provider CHO

This permanent, part-time role involves assessing recreation needs for clients within CHO. You will coordinate events, liaise with support workers, and foster relationships with clients facing various challenges. Your focus will be on delivering meaningful opportunities that meet program targets while promoting community involvement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver recreation and sport activities for CHO clients
• Assess needs of clients with mental illnesses and addictions
• Communicate effectively with clients and support staff
• Create event schedules and maintain accurate client files
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance programming
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Experience working with vulnerable populations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and community events
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle necessary
