Located at the Carruthers Enhanced Supportive Housing Program, you will support diverse clients aged 18 and over, easing their transition into secure housing. Bringing experience in a residential or harm reduction setting will enhance your contributions. This role emphasizes collaboration with caseworkers and provides a framework for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote community connections among residents
• Deliver daily meal services with care
• Adhere to and monitor care plans
• Work closely with caseworkers for updates
• Facilitate life skills development for residents
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in Social Services
• Two years of relevant experience with homeless groups
• Familiarity with harm reduction strategies
• Proven team-player in interdisciplinary settings
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
