Your role supports clients in navigating their addiction treatment in a compassionate setting.
Reporting to the Manager of Addiction Services, you will assess treatment needs, develop care plans, and document client interactions. This role requires strong advocacy skills, with a focus on ensuring clients access vital resources and community support. Collaborate effectively with your colleagues while promoting patient safety in adherence to Brightshores' values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess appropriateness for admission and ongoing treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Support clients in accessing local resources and programs
• Maintain efficient unit operations and safety standards
• Engage clients in a respectful and empathetic manner
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Health or Human Services with addiction focus
• Experience in addiction treatment or supportive care settings
• Knowledge of self-help programs and community resources
• Current Food Handlers Certification
• Ability to assist clients physically when necessary
Contribute to the overall success of client recovery by delivering quality addiction services at Brightshores.
