In this full-time role for an 18-month contract, you’ll leverage your skills in job development, employer outreach, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include matching clients with job opportunities, maintaining employer records, and providing follow-up support. You will assist in developing training plans and negotiation of employment terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with employers across industries

• Maintain communication and update employer records

• Document client needs for job matching

• Collaborate with the ES team on job placements

• Provide ongoing support and check-ins with employers

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience in job development

• Sensitivity to barriers faced by individuals with disabilities

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Valid driver's license and transportation required
