Your ability to negotiate job placements and develop training plans is crucial for client success. You'll also engage in ongoing communication with employers to foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish employer relationships for job orders
• Ensure thorough employer record management
• Analyze and document client needs for job placement
• Collaborate effectively with the ES team
• Provide continuous employer support and follow-ups
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in job development or recruitment
• Sensitivity to disability-related challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle required
