Join Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre as a Community Worker to support youth programs and outreach initiatives. This temporary full-time role emphasizes leadership development and civic engagement.
As a Community Worker, you will actively engage with youth and create programs that address their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop community programs aligning with PQCHC’s mission
• Implement and evaluate youth-focused workshops
• Engage with stakeholders to build community partnerships
• Ensure documentation for program activities is complete
• Provide crisis intervention strategies with supervision
Requirements:
• Must be an ACB candidate
• Related degree or diploma in community services
• Experience in program planning and leadership training
• Strong fluency in English; other languages are a plus
• Willingness to work evening and weekend hours
