Intervenante en maison d’hébergement à temps partiel, tu accueilles des femmes victimes de violence avec compassion et empathie à Hawkesbury.
Chez Maison Interlude House, tu accompagnes les femmes et leurs personnes à charge dans un environnement sensible. Le travail demande une grande capacité à entrer en relation avec l’autre. Tu contribues également à créer un espace sécurisant, tout en travaillant de façon autonome avec le soutien de l’employeur et des collègues.
Responsabilités principales :- Accueillir les femmes victimes de violence avec compassion
- Accompagner les femmes et leurs personnes à charge
- Créer un espace sécurisant dans la maison d’hébergement
- Travailler de façon autonome au quotidien
- Collaborer avec une équipe de femmes
- Grande capacité à entrer en relation avec l’autre
- Compassion envers les femmes victimes de violence
- Empathie dans l’accompagnement des personnes accueillies
- Disponibilité pour des quarts de douze heures
- Disponibilité une fin de semaine sur deux
