As an Experienced .NET Team Lead, you will have:
7+ years previous development experience3+ years leadership experienceDemonstrated ability and flexibility to manage time and priorities effectivelyExperience working on and leading enterprise level projects that involved at least four or more team membersDemonstrable experience interfacing with clients in extracting use cases and deriving requirementsWorking experience in various software development lifecycles including Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM)Strong and demonstrable experience with AzureExperience with application server set-up using IISExperience using RESTful and SOAP Web Service technologies: ASP.NET, AJAX, JSON, XMLWorking experience with OO Patterns:
Singleton, Façade, Factory, VisitorExperience with Test Automation frameworks: NUnit, Nmock, Easy MockFamiliarity with Windows Operating SystemsExperience with Visual StudioKnowledge of formal design languages, including UML, Rational RoseWorking knowledge of Database and data frameworks technology: RDBMS, , ODBC, NHibernate, SQLServer
