ISR ISTAR team to develop critical software for the Canadian Army. This role involves working with Java on enterprise applications, ensuring code quality and functionality in an Agile environment. Your contributions will directly support intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to SDK design and documentation
• Maintain J2EE data sharing pipelines for intelligence
• Develop rich Java desktop client applications
• Enforce coding standards during peer reviews
• Participate actively in Agile processes and sprint planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5–8 years software development experience in Java
• Experience with Java 2EE/Jakarta EE fundamentals
• Knowledge of MVC or MVVM design patterns
• Familiarity with communication protocols like REST
