• Design, develop, and contribute to high-performance 5G L1/L2 software modules - the building blocks of how millions of people connect every day
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across the full product development lifecycle, gaining visibility into how world-class software is built end-to-end
• Innovate solutions for 5G  with a forward-looking eye toward 6G readiness.
• Debug, test, and integrate features to meet stringent industry standards and operator requirements.
• Participate in design and code reviews — a fantastic environment to sharpen your skills and learn from senior engineers

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
• 0-5 years of relevant telecom software development experience
• A foundational understanding of C/C++ and an interest in embedded systems or low-level programming
• Some exposure to multi-threading or multi-core programming concepts — coursework counts!
• Curiosity about how 4G/5G networks work and a desire to go deep on the technical details
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and keep learning

• Any coursework or project work related to wireless communications or 3
  
  GPP standards
• Exposure to cloud technologies or containerized environments
• Interest in AI/ML and how it's being applied to next-generation networks
