Position: Lead Software Architect for RTOS
Take charge of designing and developing operating system components at Wind River, focusing on embedded RTOS principles. This hybrid role involves mentoring team members and ensuring code excellence through Agile processes.

Wind River is seeking a seasoned Software Architect with over 15 years of embedded RTOS development experience. You will lead the team in delivering high-quality design, code, and testing, and fairly guide project scope in collaboration with product management. Your technical expertise, especially in C/C++ and assembly language, will drive resolution of complex software issues through detailed analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of operating system components

• Mentor and coach technical team members on projects

• Develop and deliver design, code, and tests in Agile

• Analyze and troubleshoot software issues for resolution

• Collaborate with product management on capabilities

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent

• 15+ years of RTOS development experience

• 7+ years in technical leadership experience

• Proficient in C/C++ and assembly languages

• Familiarity with OS concepts and RTOS kernel development
