Position: Software Developer for Digital Transformation
Join Thomas Cavanagh Construction as a Software Developer and contribute to a digital transformation journey. Your experience in full-stack development and skills in Type Script or Python will impact how operations run through Palantir Foundry.

In this role, with 2–5 years of experience, you will directly engage with clients to create user-centric applications and data workflows. You'll travel to client sites, gather requirements, and implement solutions that drive positive operational change. Being part of a small, high-impact team allows you to cultivate your growth while solving real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design full-stack applications in Palantir Foundry

• Build scalable backend services with Type Script or Python

• Optimize and maintain SQL data pipelines

• Act as a liaison with clients for solution adoption

• Visit client sites to discover and resolve operational pain points

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional software development

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements

• Knowledgeable in Type Script or Python

• Familiar with SQL and data pipeline processes
