In this role, you will coordinate software project delivery while leading a team of developers. Your technical expertise will support the creation of Intelligence Mission Data and drive agile development processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design high-impact software solutions, contributing actively to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the software development team's technical delivery

• Manage and mentor intermediate and junior developers

• Support quarterly performance appraisals and development plans

• Author software designs and documentation

• Report regularly on project statuses and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

• Minimum six years in software development

• Ability to lead teams in technical environments

• Excellent communication skills in English;
French preferred

• Must meet export control and security regulations
