Software Engineer Full Stack

Position: Software Engineer Full Stack Opportunity
Ford of Canada is looking for a Software Engineer specializing in Full Stack development, located in Kanata. This hybrid position entails building responsive applications with a focus on React and Spring.

In this role, you'll lead the development of requirements and user stories while working alongside the FPI Telematics team. You will also write process documentation and assist in incident and problem management. Your expertise in deployment and testing will strengthen software delivery and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop product requirements and features

• Create technical documents for processes and designs

• Collaborate on software solutions and design with teams

• Oversee incident management and root cause reporting

• Deliver user-facing solutions utilizing React and Spring frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in web development

• 1+ year experience with React in front-end

• 1+ year experience with Spring in back-end development

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git
