Position: Lead Large-Scale Software Programs
Join Ericsson as a Senior Program Manager to oversee large-scale software development programs in Canada. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end software development for programs involving over 50 people. By owning program planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies, your efforts will be crucial in keeping projects on track and within scope. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software development programs, ensuring timely delivery

• Own program planning, including scope, timelines, and resources

• Drive release execution, maintaining quality and budget

• Manage risks and dependencies across teams and domains

• Provide clear status reporting and drive organizational change

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing large software development programs

• Proven track record of successful project delivery

• Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Computer Science
