Canonical is seeking a Software Engineer dedicated to enhancing Ubuntu in cloud environments. You will be integral in developing automated delivery systems and engaging with major cloud partners to ensure Ubuntu excels on various platforms. This role invites inquiry and collaboration to innovate within a fully remote, flexible workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and automate reliable testing and delivery pipelines
• Build new features supporting Ubuntu in public cloud settings
• Collaborate actively with a distributed team
• Write code maintaining high quality and performance standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Practical experience with public clouds and Linux systems
• Proficient in Python and familiarity with Dev Ops practices
• Experience with containers like Docker and Kubernetes
