As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will participate in building and enhancing our React front end alongside maintaining the backend using Java and Spring. This role demands real hands-on experience in production-grade applications and a proactive approach to managing front-end health and tech debt. You will actively leverage AI tools to automate and enhance your development workflow while collaborating closely with Designers to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve the React front end and shared component library

• Maintain backend features in our Java-based True Context product

• Implement AI tools for feature development and testing

• Ensure delivery from development to production, focusing on site reliability

• Collaborate on modern practices like pair programming and code reviews

Requirements:

• Proficient in React, Type Script, and backend Java/Spring

• Hands-on experience with relational databases, primarily MySQL

• Familiarity with cloud environments, specifically AWS

• Ability to independently manage ambiguity and deliver effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
