This role offers you the chance to blend your technical skills with hands-on testing responsibilities. You will work closely with skilled engineers to integrate firmware features and enhance testing processes using Python automation. Engage in detailed documentation and collaborative efforts to streamline testing workflows while advancing your knowledge of optical firmware validations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct firmware validation for Optical Coherent technologies
• Develop and implement test strategies in a scrum team
• Automate testing on PACE platform with enhanced Python scripts
• Provide on-site lab support and maintenance of test equipment
• Document testing processes and results for ongoing improvement
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant Firmware Validation experience
• Proficiency in Python, automation, and test frameworks
• Understanding of data center networking and optical systems
• Knowledge of optical test equipment and log analysis
• Familiarity with Optical Coherent technologies like 400G/800G
