As a pivotal member of our team, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Service Now platform. Your knowledge of Managed Service Providers and TMF APIs will enhance your ability to build integrated, scalable solutions while ensuring quality through automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom modules, applications, and workflows in Service Now
• Utilize Integration Hub for third-party system connections
• Develop Service Catalogs and maintain service requests
• Ensure efficient data integration and management
• Create automated test cases for thorough quality checks
Requirements:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CAT certifications
• Service Now Certified System Administrator qualification
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CSM, and ITOM implementations
• Web development skills, including HTML/CSS and Java Script
• Background working with multimodal environments
