Senior ServiceNow Developer

Join Insight Global as a Senior Service Now Developer, enhancing core Service Now modules and implementing integrations in an enterprise environment. This onsite role in Ottawa requires hands-on experience and an active Secret Clearance.

As a Senior Service Now Developer, you will leverage over 5 years of expertise in scripting, platform configuration, and API integrations to elevate Service Now's capabilities. Your responsibility will encompass core modules like CMDB, Discovery, and Security Operations, working alongside architects and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications and workflows in Service Now

• Implement and enhance CMDB data management practices

• Ensure smooth integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot platform issues

• Collaborate with teams to support ongoing Service Now improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Service Now development experience

• Strong skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and more

• Expertise configuring Discovery, MID Servers, and credentials

• Familiar with Security Operations workflows

• Active Secret Clearance required
