Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize ranking systems to boost user retention
• Design frameworks for cross-domain user intent understanding
• Execute a 12-24 month technical vision
• Integrate LLM Agent framework for active insights
• Collaborate with engineers on system designs
Requirements:
• Master’s or higher in relevant field; 8+ years experience
• Proven track record in recommendation systems
• Proficiency in sequential behavior modeling
• Knowledge of real-time feature engineering
• Experience in calibration and bias correction
