ADGA Group, a leader in defense and security, seeks a Modelling & Simulation Software Developer to join its dynamic team. This full-time role centers on developing scenarios using AFSIM, managing the complete software lifecycle, and refining simulations. You will collaborate with experts in various disciplines while ensuring quality and reliability in software solutions for government and military applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate simulation scenarios using AFSIM

• Analyze tactical feedback to improve system performance

• Collaborate on software development lifecycle with multidisciplinary teams

• Gather and refine user requirements based on feedback

• Conduct rigorous unit testing and regular code reviews

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience

• 4+ years in a modeling and simulation environment

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Proficient in C++, Python, and CI/CD practices

• Experience with Unreal Engine, OpenGL, or similar technologies
