Senior Engineer in Embedded Software Development

This on-site, full-time position focuses on leading developmental activities and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality embedded systems. You will manage code quality and maintain strict compliance while providing leadership and guidance to your peers throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design, documentation, and implementation of embedded software
• Work with hardware designers to align on requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Manage the firmware update and rollback processes
• Identify and address technical risks proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering
• Solid background in embedded software solutions
• Previous experience in manufacturing embedded products
• Proven leadership in solving technical problems
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
