As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team that powers Affinity's Relationship Intelligence engine. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, your responsibilities will include shaping the technical vision of our complex SaaS offerings and actively contributing to product development. Your leadership will enable the team to thrive in delivering user-friendly applications that transform data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical roadmaps
• Inspire and develop a high-performance engineering team
• Ensure rapid development cycles for reliable platform deployment
• Spearhead AI best practices for enhanced team output
• Engage in complex architecture and product discussions
Requirements:
• 8+ years in full-stack engineering
• 3+ years in engineering management or leadership
• Expertise in SaaS platforms and scalable applications
• Strong communication abilities
• Dedication to team growth and collaboration
